We ship to Europe, Norway and England from our warehouse in Uppsala, Sweden.

Shipping to Sweden

Schenker: 1-2 business days, free

Shipping to Europe

UPS standard: 2-4 business days, free

Order status

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email or text with your tracking number, and a link for tracking your order.

Exchange

If you want to exchange an item for a different color, please return it within 14 days, and place a new order. If you want to return an item, please do so in the same condition the product was sent to you.

Returns

Place the unused items with all tags attatched that you wish to return in the box och freight bag that you received your order in. 

 

Fill out the return form that you received with your order.
Stick the enclosed returns shipping lable over the delivery information.
Drop off the parcel at your local Schenker or UPS office.

Returns policy

All the items that you return has to be returned within 14 days of delivery.
All items has to be returned in original conditions with tags attatched.
When shipping, make sure the parces is securely sealed to avoid any damage.
We will refund your return within 14 days of recieveng your order, to the same card that you used when paying for it.

Faulty or damaged items

Is your item faulty or in a bad condition? Contact our customer service team with your order number and a picture showing the issue, and we’ll have a look at it.
